Over 350 recipes are provided for 4, 6, 10, 15 or 20 servings. Every item on the menu has a recipe (except for items whose package has directions on them).

The recipes are also provided for documentation purposes. Inspectors like to see standardized recipes so they know everyone is cooking the same things the same way. For example someone might be making stuffing with sausage which could play havoc with the diabetic diets.

Shopping lists are provided in both a weekly and/or monthly format. Many people have told me that because of the greater inventory control they easily paid for the manual within two months of savings at the grocery store.
